Resort Management is a proven leader in the Condominium and Homeowner’s Association Management industry and since 1982 we have proudly served clients of Southwest Florida. Our management team consists of over 30 Community Association Managers who have over 400 years of collective local and industry experience. We have countless successful long term relationships with our employees, industry service providers, and clientele.

What Our Manager Does For Our Community

  • Files & Records – Organized records storage to reduce response time for document requests
  • Common Area – Improved appearance of common area through regular inspections
  • Enforcement of Governing Documents – Coordinate and Deliver violations to owners and communicate with them until violations are resolved
  • Organize Annual Membership Meetings – Save time with organized meetings, starting with Notices, Agendas, and pertinent documents strictly following the Florida Statutes

  • Organize and attend Developer Turnover Meetings
